Representative from Mokpo National University of South Korea came to GUFL for Exchange and Visit

On May 28, Mr. Xin Zhuxian, representative of the School of International Exchanges, Mokpo National University of South Korea, came to our school for exchange visit. Zhou Zhenfei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of GUFL, Zhang Yunzhi, vice dean of the School of International Education and Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Exchanges office, Yang Xiangwen, deputy director of the Academic Affairs office, and relevant teachers of GULF warmly received the visitor and participated in the exchange meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Zhang Yunzhi, Vice Dean of the School of International Education and Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Exchanges office. Vice Dean Zhang introduced our university’s participants and warmly welcomed Representative Xin to visit our school. Representative Xin expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our university.

In the meeting, both sides discussed about the cooperation projects such as undergraduate, postgraduate and short-term exchange programs. Deputy Secretary Zhou Zhenfei said that he hoped to send our students to Mokpo National University in South Korea to experience a different learning culture and to enrich their knowledge.

GUFL signed a cooperation agreement with Mokpo National University of South Korea in April this year, and representatives of both universities expressed their hope to maintain the long-term cooperation relationship in order to jointly cultivate interdisciplinary talents with an international perspective. 

After the meeting, both sides exchanged gifts and took photos.
