On 28 February, a delegation led by Cai Lei, the chairman of the China-Malaysia "Belt and Road" International Exchange Association, visited Guangxi University of Foreign Languages(GUFL). Professor Wei Xianggang, Advisor of GUFL，Zhang Yunzhi,  Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Vice Dean of the School of International Education，Chen Qiqian, Dean of the European-American Languages and Cultures School, and other leaders warmly received the delegation. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on issues such as educational cooperation, cultural exchange and talent cultivation, and jointly explored new opportunities for cooperation.

During the meeting, Professor Wei Xianggang, welcomed the delegation of the China-Malaysia "Belt and Road" International Exchange Association and gave a introduction to our school’s recent academic achievements, major offerings, international cooperation and exchanges, and talent cultivation.

Chairman Cai emphasized that the association is committed to promoting educational and cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia. It is hoped that through this visit, the cooperation between GUFL and Malaysian universities can be strengthened, and projects such as student exchanges, teacher reciprocal visits, and joint research can be promoted.

Mr. Huang Zhenlong introduced the quality education resources of Century University Malaysia and the cooperation projects with GUFL.

The leaders of GUFL stated that they will fully support the advancement of the project. They will join hands with the SEGi University in Malaysia to create a high-quality international platform and promote the educational cooperation between the two sides to a higher level.
