To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of China-Thailand diplomatic relations, further deepen friendship between the two peoples, and promote exchange and cooperation within the overseas Chinese community, the "Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of China-Thailand Diplomatic Ties & Guangxi Overseas Chinese Networking Event" was jointly hosted in Bangkok, Thailand, on May 21 by the Guangxi Overseas Friendship Association (guiding entity), along with the Guangxi Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, the General Association of Guangxi Entrepreneurs in Thailand, Thailand Alumni Associations of Guangxi University of Foreign Languages, Guangxi University, and Guangxi Minzu University, as well as the Guangxi Education Support Fund in Thailand. Over 150 representatives from political, business, and academic circles in both China and Thailand, along with overseas Chinese, overseas compatriots, faculty members, and international students, gathered to collectively witness the remarkable journey of China-Thailand friendly relations.
