On February 16th, a virtual exchange and industrial cooperation meeting was held at Nanning People's Hall between the Nanning Municipal People's Congress and the Morelia City Council (Mexico). Chairman Feng Xuejun of the Nanning Municipal People's Congress, along with Mayor Martínez of Morelia, led delegations comprising legislative bodies, government department heads, and key enterprises from both cities in pragmatic discussions and cooperation. Wei Xiaoxia, a Spanish instructor from Guangxi University of Foreign Languages, was invited to serve as Chairman Feng Xuejun's on-site interpreter, providing real-time Spanish translation throughout the meeting.
