Recently, Dr. Wei Qian, chairperson of Guangxi University of Foreign Languages (GUFL), led a delegation to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to visit alumni representatives of the GUFL Cambodian Alumni Association. She conveyed blessings from the alma mater and encouraged alumni to actively embody the motto “Chinese Souled, International Minded”, striving to create their own success in Cambodia.
