Zhang Shilu, a 2018 graduate of Guangxi University of Foreign Languages (GUFL) majoring in Cambodian, has been serving as a Chinese language teaching volunteer at Min Sheng School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2022, where she also leads the International Chinese Education Volunteer Team. As an outstanding graduate representative, she delivered a speech at GUFL's 2022 commencement ceremony. During her studies, she was awarded the National Motivational Scholarship and recognized as an Autonomous Region-Level Outstanding Graduate. While teaching in Cambodia, Alumna Zhang won the "Excellent Mentor Award" at the ‌Ambassador Award Live Writing Competition and the "Excellent Mentor Award" at the "Marching Toward Dreams" Middle School Speech Contest.
