On the morning of May 27, 2026, the cooperation signing ceremony between the Radio and Television Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Guangxi University of Foreign Languages took place at the university's Wuhe Campus.

      Man Changxue, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Radio and Television Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, together with Wei Qian, Chairperson of Guangxi University of Foreign Languages and other representatives from both sides, unveiled the Online Audio-Visual Creation and Communication Center and the China-ASEAN Translation and Dubbing Center. The two parties also signed the cooperation agreement titled Talent Training and Exchange Cooperation Plan for ASEAN-oriented Audio-Visual Industry.
