On March 18, the 2021 opening up conference of higher education was jointly held by International Exchange Office and School of International Education and Foreign Languages of Beibu Gulf University (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office). Li Yongqi, Deputy Director of Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Huang Zhenxi, Director of Overseas Affairs Office of Guangxi Zhang Autonomous Region attended the conference. Zhang Yunzhi, Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office, attended the conference on behalf of Guangxi University of Foreign Languages. The conference was held by Luo Guangyao, Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office of  Education Department of Guangxi.
